RATES AND INSURANCE

Dr. Mills is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Tufts, and United Healthcare. We will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Dr. Mills is an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers. Insurance that includes out-of-network benefits often reimburses 20-90% of fees. If you decide to use an out-of-network benefit, you will be given a receipt for services provided that includes all the necessary information for you to submit your claims to your insurer. We can help you with this process.
